In this course, we will explore the heart... the purpose, location, as well as it's relationship to the surrounding structures and how imagery will bring powerful influence to not only your heart but also the rest of you physically and emotionally.

A deep dive into our pelvic floor strength, flexibility and power. What is the pelvic floor, how can we influence the pelvic floor and how the pelvic floor influences the entire body. This course will entail some educational sessions as well as some movement sessions.

This two part series will include education about the lungs, how they work, how we can utilize our minds to improve the quality of our breath and exercises to accelerate all this knowledge.
